How do I burn a the contents of an ISO to a DVD on macOS Ventura?

I've tried lots of different software, and I've even tried a few recommended things without software (or with built-in software like Disk Utility) and none of it has worked. I can't open it, because it just gives me an error about something that has to do with filesystems. Does anybody know how to burn this ISO?

Mac mini, macOS 13.2

Excellent find there for the Linux Mint instructions as they apply to just about every Linux distribution .iso out there. I believe they should also work for the Windows .iso images as well when burning the Windows .iso image to a DVD. Unfortunately Etcher won't work to "burn" a Windows .iso file to a USB stick.
