Why the bluetooth connection from my MacBook Pro (2021) is so bad?

I tried a lot o things. I tried to disconnect everything a pair again, I tried to dele the com.Apple.Bluetooth.plist and reboot but nothing got better.

The problem is really bad when I tried to use any BT audio device (AirPods Pro and AirPods Max). The sounds gets ''choppy' like Im 1000 feet away.

When these devices are connect to my Iphone, no problem

Anyone have more tips? Because I sold my AirPods Max and got a gamer headset that connects via that usb transmitter because its the only way I can have a good experience

Why do I have difficulty with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices when USB 3 devices are attached to my computer?

Some USB 3 devices can generate radio frequency interference that can cause Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices operating in the 2.4GHz band to have issues communicating with your computer. Here are some tips to avoid this issue:

• If your USB device has a cable long enough that you can move the device, place it away from your Mac—and make sure not to place it behind your Mac, or near the hinge of its display. The antennas for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are located there, and USB 3 devices placed there might interfere with your wireless connections.

• If you're using adapters or dongles on a Mac computer with Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports, plug them into the front port on the left side of your Mac, or into the ports on the right side (if your computer has them). These ports are the farthest away from the antennas, making interference less likely.

• To avoid interference on the 2.4GHz band using Wi-Fi, try using the 5GHz band instead. You can change this on your wireless base station. Bluetooth always uses 2.4GHz, so this alternative isn't available for Bluetooth.

Hello ViniciusP_Dev,

To help us get a better understanding of the issue, we’d like to ask a few questions.

1. Do these issues with the Bluetooth audio happen when using certain apps only, or does it happen with all apps?

2. When the issue happens, do you receive an error message? If so, what does the error say?

3. When the issue happens, do the Bluetooth devices seem to disconnect from your Mac?

The above details will help us plan how to proceed.

Please also check out this link, which has some suggestions that can help if sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted: If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted

Improve your Bluetooth connection

Your headphones communicate using Bluetooth, and a Bluetooth signal can be interfered with or weakened in some situations.

Your headphones might lose their connection more often with streaming audio than with content that is stored on your device.* With your device within a few feet of you, try to listen to music or other audio content that is stored on your device—not streamed—with your headphones. On your iOS or Android device, open the Music app. On a Mac with macOS Catalina, open the Music app. On a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, or on a PC, open iTunes. Then play a song that does not have the Download button Download icon next to it. Or tap the Download button Download icon to download the song.

If your headphones maintain their connection without distortion during this test, then here are a couple of things that can help in other situations:

* Keep your iPhone or other device close to you, so that no obstructions, like walls or floors, are between you and your device.
* If possible, move to a different place—in particular, move away from places with many people or a lot of Wi-Fi activity, poorly shielded cables, microwave ovens, and wireless speakers (or turn off the oven or speaker).

Thanks!
