Your iPad does offer a great setting to help with bypassing CAPTCHA challenges by automatically and privately verifying your iPad and account. You can learn more about this setting and how to enable it here: Sign in with fewer CAPTCHA challenges on iPad - Apple Support.
Go to Settings> [your name] > Password & Security, then turn Automatic Verification on or off.
If this does not help to correct your issue, you may want to include more details about the exact behavior you're experiencing. Once more information is posted about the issue you're experiencing, others in the Apple Support Communities may be able to join in and offer additional resources.
