Apple time.apple.com wrong date during the night

Hi,

I have iMac 24-inch, M1, 2021.

The time has always been right but tonight something happened. The automatic date using time.apple.com is 07/01/2022 . How is it possible that overnight he started giving me a random date? I can set it manually but I would like it to continue to work as it always has.
