Ringtones

ordered ringtone on itunes app and made the payment however not abe to see the ringtone and it is not showing in even purchase history . I have the payment screenshots with me

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with a purchased ringtone. We'd like to help.


It looks like you posted this in the Apple Music on Android community. Are you currently using an Android? If so, it's possible that your purchase was made through the Google Play Store instead of the iTunes Store.


If this was purchased on an iPhone, these steps would be helpful in finding that purchased tone: Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


Then check on steps to assign this ringtone to a contact:


Set a ringtone or text tone for a contact
1. Open the Contacts app and tap a person's name.
2. In the upper-right corner of the person's contact card, tap Edit.
3. Tap Ringtone or Text Tone, then choose a new sound.
