How to connect earphones to my iPad? Have just purchased new iPad. I watch Sky sports via my Virgin box and have enjoyed having subtitles as I am partially deaf. I have been informed by Sky that I can no longer expect subtitles with Sky Sport and decided to give up questioning why and went to use my ear phones with my new iPad only to discover that the jack is no longer a feature so I am stuck other than watching Sky sports on tv as subtitles are currently available.
