iphone 13 pro dimming

I see people gave up on figuring out how to fix this? this is a really annoying issue and did not happen with my 8+ at all. my 8+ had better camera quality and video quality than this phone it’s ridiculous, but that’s besides the point. My phone will. not. stop. dimming. on. it’s. own. All settings that should be off to prevent this are off and have been off since phone was purchased. i am finally about to replace my phone with a NON APPLE product because of this issue dealing with it for almost a year now. why is there an option to control the brightness ourselves if the phone turns it down anyway but when I go to turn it up it says it’s all the way up? I literally can’t see my screen? my phone is not hot and let me repeat no settings are affecting this. what is this issue and what are you doing to fix it Apple? I don’t want to hear it’s one of a kind because previous threads on here state that’s what they were told. first no home button. then face id. now i can’t control my brightness when i want? what is this! people are going to stop buying these products because you all don’t want to listen to the consumer of your products
