ICloud Plus Subscription
I am trying to downgrade my icloud plus subscription, but the downgrade option is not showing up? Can someone help?

From the screenshot you provided, you are currently using 35GB of iCloud storage. Per Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan:
"Before you downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan, first download or remove content that exceeds your new storage amount. To make sure that you don't lose any information, learn how to copy what you store in iCloud."
You will need to reduce your iCloud storage requirement to below the 5GB threshold in order to continue with that transaction. The section of Manage your iCloud storage titled "Make more space available in iCloud" offers steps that can be used to accomplish this goal.
