How do I share with an android phone?

You were asking about location sharing. Apple has its own app for doing that with other Apple devices. I don't use any non-Apple devices so I don't know what to recommend to you for a third party app for doing that.

As for music sharing, you have two options. One is if you use Apple's Music service, in which case there is Android sharing. Use Family Sharing with Apple Music on Android - Apple Support

The other is he uses whatever interface he uses to put music on a computer, and you use whatever interface you use to sync your Apple device to the same computer.

Apple has very limited interfacing with Android devices. You would have to see if there is a third party application that offers that functionality.
