I have iphone 11 pro but the sim is locked what can i do?

There’s no point in requesting in this user-to-user forum, as no one here has access to any information about your phone. And there’s no point in asking Apple, as they cannot unlock your phone either. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can unlock it.

How can i contact the carrier? Coz my iphone is locked to retail easypay device policy. How can i contact them?? I am in uganda
There is probably no way you can use that phone. The phone was financed through EasyPay, and was never fully paid off. If you bought this phone used the seller still owes money to EasyPay.
