Hi Soundwave96,

Let us help you find the best solution today.

You referenced an Apple Support article that explains how to resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interference issues, now let's double-check steps to ensure all bases are covered. Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone or iPad outlines basic steps for us:

Pair your device with a Bluetooth accessory

1. On your device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn on Bluetooth. Stay on this screen until you complete the steps to pair your accessory.
2. Place your accessory in discovery mode and wait for it to appear on your device. If you don't see it or aren't sure how to make it discoverable, check the instructions that came with your accessory or contact the manufacturer.
3. To pair, tap your accessory name when it appears onscreen.

We also found the Bose Support pages and the YouTube video, Bose SoundLink Mini II: Pairing with an iPhone iOS Devices, helpful.

If you're still unable to connect using these steps and connecting with Bose Support, there are a series of more advanced troubleshooting steps outlined in If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone or iPad.

Try these steps first
1. Make sure that your SoundLink Mini and iPhone are close to each other.
2. Turn your SoundLink Mini off and back on again.
3. Make sure that your SoundLink Mini is on and fully charged or connected to power. If it uses batteries, see if they need to be replaced.
4. If there's an app that you use with the speaker, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Bluetooth on your iPhone and make sure that you've turned on Bluetooth for the app.

If you still can't pair or connect your Bluetooth accessory
• If you previously connected your SoundLink Mini to your iPhone, unpair the accessory, put it back in discovery mode, then try to pair and connect it again.
• If you can pair your accessory with some devices but not your iPhone, unpair the speaker from your other devices. Then try to pair with your iPhone device again.

We hope you find this helpful. Thank you for being part of the Apple Support Communities.

Cheers!
