How can I remove screen time without Apple ID or knowing the passcode?

If there is a Screen Time passcode set up on your device, you'll need either the existing passcode or the Apple ID and password used to set it up in order to turn it off or create a new passcode. There is no other way to bypass it.

1. Go to Settings > Screen Time. 

2. Tap Change Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Time Passcode again.

3. Tap Forgot Passcode?

4. Enter the Apple ID and password* that you used to set up the Screen Time passcode.

5. Enter a new Screen Time passcode, then enter it again to confirm.
