All water lock does on Apple Watch is lock the screen from being touched while being in worn in water activities, like swimming. It doesn't do ANYTHING else.

Since iPhone is not intended to be used in wet conditions, it would seemingly NOT need the same feature as Apple Watch which can be used in wet conditions.
