Check if your iPhone 14 pro is an A2892 model (manufactured for China, HongKong, Macao markets, supporting two physical SIM cards, no eSIMs), and read the section "How to install the nano-SIM" in this support article:--> Using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards - Apple Support
