my left earbud won’t connect, I’ve tried to rest the earbuds but it doesn’t work. when I hold the button, the light just turns off after a few seconds (the one at the center of the case) what should I do?

Great job already trying the reset! We'd like to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

When did this start to happen with the left side?
Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.4. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
Does the same issue occur if you test pairing your Beats with a different device other than your iPhone?
