All my numbers match on sour pod pros and the case itself when I checked them to make sure they were real AirPod pros. But it still says they can’t be verified.what should i do to get the message that says they are not verified off my phone?

That’s your indication of counterfeit devices.
Did you obtain the AirPods directly from
Apple - or an Authorized reseller - AND break the tamper-evident seals yourself ?
Printed serial numbers can be counterfeited just as easily as the hardware.

Unfortunately the reality is that the world is flooded w/ Apple counterfeits - and some are VERY convincing cosmetically speaking.

It was a gift came in the apple box I still have the box and the numbers are the same. Also, Why would I tamper with the serial numbers on AirPods I wanted and love. Plus I wouldn’t even know how. Thank you though because now I know they are counterfeit. What a shame though. I know my family member who bought them paid a lot, and it would break their heart if I told them they weren’t the real deal. But at least I know the truth. Thank you
