Safari not showing up in spotlight
I tried reindexing spotlight in multiple ways, deleted spotlight caches and rebooting (ofc) but nothing seems to work.
I'm running macOS Ventura 13.2.1
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.2

Turns out Safari.app is now on the Preboot volume instead of /.
So I had to turn on indexing for the Preboot volume.
Running the following command does that.
sudo mdutil -i on /System/Volumes/Preboot

Safari.app ? It is in your Dock or drag from the Application folder back to the Dock...
You can verify your Applications are included in your Spotlight Settings
>System Settings>Spotlight
Re-index:
The best most comprehensive method above all others including Terminal, is the drag&drop MacintoshHD method
