Hub not showing connected to MacBook Pro
I just got me a Satechi Hub to connect to my MacBook Pro, I have checked the settings, looked in Finder, and can not find this device so I can access it

We understand how excited you are to use your USB hub to connect peripherals to your MacBook Pro. You may not see the USB hub in Finder, but we're curious to learn whether it is listed in System Information. This will let us know if your MacBook is detecting the connection.
• On your Mac, press and hold the Option key, then choose Apple menu (top left corner) > System Information.
• In the window that appears, see if the USB device is listed below Hardware in the list on the left.
If it appears here, If a USB device doesn’t work with Mac has a series of specific troubleshooting steps you can try. If it appears and doesn't work after trying the steps in the article, reach out to Satechi for further assistance.
