Wi-Fi/Bluetooth

My iPhone will not let me turn on Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. I can click on it and it will just turn off in about 5 seconds.

That symptom usually means a hardware failure of the radio chip that provides both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth→Apple - Support - Service Answer Center
