I wanna tell the my iPhone has some bugs device

I wanna tell the my iPhone has some bugs:

First on date keyboard those will reset to default that I can't input my date birth
Second while I edited the date birth it doesn't work then didn't submit the date birth
Third when I want to sended my pic to Whatapps chat while I finding the number that I want to send it do some bugs I can't find the number

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. The first thing we'd suggest that you do is to restart your iPhone as this may help to address the issue you're facing. See: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

You'll also want to check that you're running the latest iOS. This can be verified in Settings > General > Software Update.
