Did this occur after changing any settings? We want to clarify, since it could be a situation as described in If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library - Apple Support. So we would recommend reviewing those troubleshooting steps to see if that helps restore your missing songs.
Another question is was there any disruption in your subscription? Even temporarily ending the subscription or it lapsing can clear your Apple Music content.
