phone shutting off
everytime i try and unlock my phone it is in factory mode and once unlocked starts going to a black screen with a loading button and shut off again

Did you set it back to factory settings, using your computer and set it up as a new device after that?

If it does not start up after that, the issue is hardware related.
Have any parts of the hardaware been replaced in the past?
