Trying to find another phone

that is is on my phone plan. Don’t know how to do it. I have the find my phone app but it only has my phone and AirPods listed

If the other person is sharing their location with you you’ll find it in findMy. Otherwise, you cannot find a device without the login credentials of the individual who is set up on the phone.
