How to remove a weird microphone icon on my screen

Hello I woke up to this weird mute icon on my Mac screen. I've had to restart my system a couple of time but it remains there. How do I fix this?

What is this microphone + x in the Mac menu bar? This microphone with an X started showing up randomly in my Mac's menu bar and I can't for the life of me figure out which program it is. I'm not experiencing any audio issues, and when I click on the icon nothing happens. Would love any suggestions to identify and disable this!

Background Sounds Stops Abruptly After I updated to MacOS Sequoia background sounds keep stopping all of a sudden. I always use dark noise when I work so it's pretty annoying. Some people asked the same question about a year ago but I couldn't find any answers. I never had this problem before I updated to MacOS Sequoia. Does anyone know a solution to this?
