Apple Watch and fitness app
My watch and the fitness app is showing that have closed my move ring for 36 days. I have closed all 3 rings for 7 consecutive months. Where did all the awards that I have earned on my phone gone?
Make sure in iPhone Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all) that Health is still turned on (Don't turn it off!!!)
They do come and go occasionally and nobody has any clue why they do this.
If Health is indeed sync'd to iCloud and they have not come back in a week reach out to Apple Support directly. You should be able to reach them here
