So recently I’ve been trying to sort out my caller ID. It is not my side that’s the issue. Every single person who calls me regardless of whether they are in my contacts comes through as no caller Id or unknown caller. I’ve tried through to O2 but am getting no support whatsoever. Getting a pain now recently just got a new job as well so I can’t see who is calling me. Please can somebody advise?

The extent to which you can interact with Caller ID on an iPhone is to silence unknown callers as described at Detect and block spam phone calls.
Caller ID is a cellular feature and would be part of your cellular carrier plan. If it is not working as expected, your carrier is the only group that can help. Some carriers may allow you to interact with the features on your account through their web portal to add or remove services but barring that, contact O2 for assistance.
