I can’t download any app on my ipad

I have created a company’s id and I’m trying to download 3d rendering apps but it won’t let me. I have tried updating and restarting the iPad but I still can’t make it. It asks for an address and a card, but when I start typing the address, the page closes on me and doesn’t allow me to move forward. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The guidance below can help resolve issues with downloading apps:


1.Add a payment method

You might need to have a valid payment method on file, even if the app that you want to download is free.

2.Resolve a problem with your payment method

If your payment method is expired, declined, or failed, or a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase'

 

3.Prioritize the download

From the Home Screen, touch and hold the app. From the menu that appears, choose Prioritize Download.

 

Prioritize Download is at the top of the menu that appears when you touch and hold the app.

4.Restart your device

Restart your iPhone or iPad, then check to see if you can download or update apps.
