Can you have two iMessage accounts?

Hi there,

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max if that changes the outcome. I have a lot of people I talk to in a day for work, but I also have quite a few people I talk to in my personal life.

Can you have two iMessage accounts for personal and professional?

2 phones, one Apple ID, don’t want all iMessages to sync. I have a personal phone and a work phone with different numbers. I would like to share my Apple ID between the phones, but there are certain people who iMessage me that I would like to block from my work phone, but not my personal phone, and others from whom I’d like to receive iMessages on both phones. Only one iMessage account is supported at a time.
