new iPad battery life not acceptable

I bought a new iPad with the keyboard.

For $2,000 it should have a better battery

This is a huge disappointment

I brought it in and you all said it was ok.

It is not ok to me.

It now ran down and I didn't even use it all week.

How do I get a chat in with you all?

I want this fixed or return it to you all.

Best regards,

Bill

First you need to understand that the Apple Support Community is a user-to-user technical support forum. Contributors here are all end-users, just like you. Other than the site Moderators, Apple neither monitor nor participate within these Communities.

If you are experiencing difficulties with your iPad, or if you need to make a complaint, you’ll need to contact Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively and perhaps easier, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad:
