Hello, every time I try and download an app in the App Store there is a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.' then it tells me to reach out to the iTunes support staff so here I am. Does anybody know what to do to be able to download apps.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers and can't fix this.
