Over the past week or so, the timezone definitions have shifted (twice?) for Lebanon.

It seems the current start of Daylight Saving Time in Lebanon is April 21st, 2023.

The Olsen timezone database seeks to use the most recent official definitions worldwide, though it can take days or weeks for those changes to be implemented and tested and propagate through to the many apps and services that use the Olsen database.

Last-minute changes to timezone definitions will cause trouble here, as people are either well aware or are now learning about.

If anyone here should have concerns about this, check with the official Lebanese government sources.
