Turning off the red number one on the Settings telling you you have an update for iOS that you don't want

Turning off the red number one badge telling me I have an update I should have the option to be able to turn that off I bought this **** phone out right why does Apple have to tell me what I can and can't do fix it to where people can turn that **** off if they don't wanna put the update on that's up to them who owns the phone that being said they shouldn't have to steer at the number one red dot tell them it's there update give us a way to turn it off be intelligent I'm talking about the red number one not on the settings on the screen I already know you don't have to except the update itself but it's a little **** red one telling me it's there I don't want the **** thing on there
