how can I sync iphoto Albums to a gmail account?

I want to share several specific Photo Albums to someone with a Gmail Account. But I don't want to share all my photos. How can I how can I sync that Album with them, without having to send every individual photo manually?

Thanks Lawrence. This has worked partially. But we need to view and use the photos on a PC.

The gmail address received an invitation to subscribe, but when I click on subscribe it comes up with the message.

Shared albums are not available for this device.
To subscribe to Person's name “Photo Album” shared album on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac, open your invitation in the Mail app, and click the Subscribe button in the message.

Thanks Lawrence. I already have Google Photos syncing to iPhotos on my personal Gmail. But it doesn't transfer Albums over. Just all the photos and no organisation. I prefer to use iPhotos for my Albums. It is much more user friendly.

And as mentioned I don't want all my photos going over to this other person. They only need to access a minimal amount of photos.
