How to downgrade from Ventura to Monterey

The only computer that could be put back to Factory Setting as per @John Galt's link would be the one released in 2021 and could go back to Big Sur macOS 11

The 2023 MacBook Pro can not be downgraded IMHO.

Reason, it is to New and does not Qualify to run an Older Version of macOS

you can try the steps in the page John Galt provided a link to. but why do you want to downgrade? are you having issues with Ventura? maybe if you describe the issues, it may be an issue we can help you resolve rather than downgrading.
