All my music gone!!

Please can someone help me with my music. Earlier I tried to renew my apple music subscription to listen to music, but when I went to my library all my saved music was gone. This has never happened before. I've cancelled my subscription before and renew a week later and my music still be there, I dont know what happened. If anyone could help It'd be much appreciated.

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand you renewed your Apple Music subscription and now you're missing all your previously saved music. If you waited too long to renew, then it's likely that your data and music library were deleted. It sounds like the last time you only waited a week and your data was not deleted yet. If that's not the issue, then make sure Sync Library is turned on. Here's how if needed: Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices.


  1. "Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with your Apple Music subscription.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Music.
  4. Turn on Sync Library.
  5. Turn on Sync Library on your other devices."
