Hi, just got my iPhone updated to 16.3.1 Is there any way to get the old Siri back?

Well, she’s NOT QUITE the same! For instance, now, when i’ll ask her what percent my battery is charged at, she says “battery is at 100%. She used to say you’re iPhone is it 100%. You’re looking mighty green!” I MISS THE HUMOR! Now she is MORE ABRUPT!

I have no idea what you mean by the “old Siri”; Siri has worked the same since iOS 13.
In addition to the comments above questioning the meaning of “old Siri”, I don’t understand this:
