Name under account change

Hi. I just went ti set up an account for apple TV and found out that an ex girlfriends name from years ago is under the account associated with my email. I don't see think she's using the account because she shouldn't know my passwords. However I would like to remove her name from my account since it's associated with my email, which is my user ID. Is there a way to fo this????

Ex Husband's name popping up in Mail? I just got a refurbed older MacBook. It uses my Apple ID a lot, which my older MacBook running a much older operating system did not. It defaults outgoing emails from my apple email address, and the name it puts in the "from" window is inexplicably my (lying, cheating) ex-husband's. This ID predates my marriage by many, many years, and I don't know how he got attached to it unless it had something to do with our iphones or something. Oddly, if I go into my Apple ID account, his name is nowhere to be seen, so where is it populating from, and how do I get rid of it???
