Why is SWOLF value smaller than the time swum?

As you can see, for the 50 meter Freestyle, the SWOLF is 30, which is less than the time swum (40). The length of the pool was set to 25 meters, so I swam 50 meters in a 25-meter pool with turns. Why is this SWOLF value smaller than the time swum? Is it due to the fact that I set the length of the pool to 25 meters? By the way, when I swam 50 meters in Freestyle, the SWOLF values were smaller than the time I swam in all cases.

Hello tumblingdown,

Be sure to check if you're performing consistent strokes for the duration of the swim, as nonstandard strokes (for example, resting/floating on back while kicking) may cause inaccuracies.
