Calendar Icon date is incorrect in launchpad after updating MacOS Ventura 13.3
My calendar icon shows JUL 17 in launchpad, meanwhile it displays the correct date in the dock.
I tried safe mode, but it still doesn't work out.

When in the LaunchPad or in the Applicataions folder the Calendar app displays its fixed icon of July 17. But when in the Dock it will show the current date. That's normal.

Thank you, guys, all for sharing and suggesting.
I tried them, but still couldn't fix the issue.
Then I tried to change the setting - language and area, changed the area to the US, then the problem disappeared!
I don't know what happened, but the problem seems to be fixed. Thank you guys again!
That is such a weird problem and fix. But it also fixed it for me as well by changing the Region from the US to the UK then back again. Thanks for the info.

Must mention, the suggestion that follows is not the " Silver Bullet " to fix this issue
It will only give us an idea of the Hardware and Software used on this computer
To add to previous posting - in Ventura 13.3 on two different machines . The Launchpad icon shows the correct date
Download the Application Etrecheck directly from the Developer.
This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer.
It makes a coherent and readable inventory of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer
The application is free or paid from added features.

Strange! My Launchpad Calendar Icon is stuck on July 17 also. So I rebooted into safe boot and ran a command line utility in Terminal.
sudo defaults write com.apple.dock ResetLaunchPad -bool TRUE;killall Dock
This fixed the problem while in safe boot and then displayed today's date as expected.
After I rebooted back into normal mode in my default user account, the date displays July 17 again.
So I ran that Terminal command again and it had no affect. Using FAF, I searched for Launchpad.plist but found nothing. It seems I solved this problem about a year ago but I don't recall what fixed it.
System: M1 iMac (2021), Ventura 13.3
Thanks for your info. I tried it but it didn't help. Interestingly, the Calendar Icon in my Dock is correct and shows today's date. But the Calendar Icon in Launchpad shows July 17. I won't lose any sleep over this weird problem but it does indicate that something isn't right in Ventura 13.3......still. I suppose I could open a support ticket with Apple, but it's probably not worth their time for such a minor issue. Thanks again.

Apparently it's not normal seeing it doesn't happen on my installs of Ventura and both Randall and CgWarltbird found a fix.
Are you saying that in the Applications folder the date shown on the Calendar app is the current date? Or in the LaunchPad? As I don't use the LaunchPad I may have to stand corrected.
But in the Applications folder:
Well, as I previously stated Launchpad shows the current date as does the Dock. I never looked at the Application folder since that was never the question. But, It does show Jul 17 in the Applications folder.
And checking Launchpad again today, reveals it indeed changed dates showing todays date as well. It didn't remain on yesterdays date as I had feared it would, and appears to be 'activated' to reflect the current dates each new day.
Any Chance the user is mistaking the icon in Applications Folder to that icon in Launchpad

second image is screen shot of Launchpad
Proceed with some caution.
Have not personally had need of doing this so can not test to it working

FWIW, Launchpad in both my Ventura 13.3 installs show Mar 28.
Welcome
On a personal note.

Though, you seem to hav done some good work on your own too - Bravo 👍

It looks to me like CgWarltbird actually found the solution first.
