Change image format

Hello,

I am unable to find in the settings how I can change the image format to JPG, the images keep saving as HEIC and we can't upload photos on our website in this format.

When I had the iPads under a 'Personal account' I was able to change this in the settings.

Also, I have set up 36 iPads onto my MDM server, but only 1 is showing up on my iCloud account.

iPad, iPadOS 16

You should not be using the same Apple ID on that many devices. In a business environment, you should be deploying apps using Apple Business Manager + MDM. Services such as lost mode are supported by most MDM platforms as well.

A best practice is to not use Apple IDs at all on shared (but not shared iPad Mode)/kiosk devices and to block the use of Apple IDs on those.

For shared iPad Mode, managed Apple IDs allow individual logins to the device.

For 1:1 iPads, either a managed Apple ID assigned to the user or the user's personal Apple ID may be used. Personal Apple IDs should only be allowed when the MDM supports unlocking the device.
