Hello Pampno,

Since any song you’re listening to is only allowing a preview, if you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you’ll need to be sure iCloud Music Library is turned on: Use iCloud Music Library on PC - Apple Support

In the iTunes app on your PC, sign in to the iTunes Store using the same Apple ID that you used to set up iCloud Music Library

If you don’t subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you’ll only get previews of the songs in iTunes for Windows until the song is purchased.
