account disabled from App store and Itunes store

Hey ! can u guys pls help me to fix this problem? it keeps saying that my account has been disabled from App store . what should i do ?

You'll have to contact the official Apple Support about that, only they can help in this situation:

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help.
