photos
i have this person on my phone and my iohone doesn’t recognise her properly and shes the only one who seems to have a bank screen next to her name. how do i get her to have a picture there like everyone else’s?

The Photos app recognizes the faces of people in your photos and groups them together. You can learn how to name, merge, and change a thumbnail photo here: Use the People album in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Change a thumbnail photo
Photos automatically assigns a face thumbnail for each person it recognizes. If you want to use a different photo for someone's thumbnail, you can change it from their photo collection screen. Here's how:
1. Open the People album, then tap the person.
2. Tap Select, then tap Show Faces to focus on just the person’s face in each photo.
3. Tap the photo that you want to use.
4. Tap the Share button, then tap Make Key Photo.
