Ventura 13.3 broke my screensaver--
Upgraded last night. Now screen saver won't appear on the main display, just on the extended display. After a while, the words "No Picture" appear on the main display.

I am seeing the same problem in two different M1 MacBook Pros (one a work machine) since 13.3. Whenever they are connected to an external monitor, it was refusing to show photos on that monitor. This happens with any of the photo-display screensavers that I tried (flip-up, Ken Burns. Photo Mobile, Photo Wall etc).
By experimenting a bit, I discovered that whichever monitor is the designated the “Main Display” will refuse to show photos, and show the “no photos“ message. The clock, however, appears just fine on that monitor, when that option is enabled. The “Extended Display” shows photos just fine, even when switched to the other monitor.
I was able to work around the problem by changing the refresh rate of the MacBook ”Built-in Display” to anything other than”ProMotion.”
System Settings > Displays > Built-in Display > Refresh rate > [select something other than ProMotion]

Looks like yesterday's Ventura 13.5 release fixed the multiple montior screensaver bug for me :)
The borked up screensavers in 13.3 is a known issue. Supposedly they're patching it in 13.4.
Same problem here - I unplugged my second monitor, plugged it back in and all was well, for a while. Now the main monitor is blank again. I called Apple Support and was told they are aware of it and working on it for an update. Unplugging the second monitor also solved my disappearing Search window, but don't know for how long. How hard can it be to figure these things out Before an update? Likewise, how hard can it be for Apple Photos to have "Select all"-"Shuffle"-"Play Slideshow" like every other photo application?? Sheesh.
Nothing a user can do will fix this. Apple broke it and it's up to them to fix it. Just report it to them if you haven't already. The more a bug gets reported, the more likely it is for them to notice and fix it.
That has never been the case for me. I have 3 extended displays and none have ever played a screen saver that uses photos with this latest update. This is the same exact problem from a year or two ago with another macOS update. There is no fix or trick on our end to perform. I suggest just wait for apple and choose a non-photo based screen saver for now.
Using photos it is broken. No photos on built in display. If I use a standard (none photo) screensaver it works on both monitors.
Ventura 13.4 update resolved the issue for me.
update - with 13.4 my screensavers including fliqlo are working again.
Latest update to Ventura 13.4 appears to have fixed my screensaver also. Yay!
I had that problem too but updating to Ventura 13.4 seems to have fixed it.
the 13.4 update fixed it

Prior to this update, it had been showing on both displays just fine.
When using the Mac alone, the screensaver appears just fine.

Yes, I confirm the same symptoms, and them some.
I am also using Fliqlo version 1.8.5 on my 16" M1 MBP.
External monitors are a Philips PHL223V5, and a Lenovo D22e-20.
Prior to this update, Fliqlo worked just fine on all three displays.
With the external displays disconnected, Fliqlo appears to work as per normal.
With the displays connected, however, Fliqlo only appears on one of them, and never on the main XDR display.
Most occasions, though Fliqlo appears on neither main, nor external display, rendering the whole screensaver pointless.
I have also noted that when Fliqlo does appear on an external display, it is slightly off-centre: That is, it has an alignment issue that cannot be corrected through resolution options.
If I had an inkling this update would f**k-up my screensaver - and likely other features yet to be discovered - I would never have bothered with it.
After some simple tests, it appears that the screen that is selected as "Main Display" is the one that will not show any photos.
As someone else suggested, a different screensaver will work on both monitors, but NOT if it uses images from Photos (at least as far as I can tell).
