iOS 16.4 Voice and Data Settings Missing

Hello all, I just upgraded to iOS 16.4 this morning, and was kinda excited to test the new t-mobile 5g only features. But I noticed that my Voice and Data settings are missing on the phone to be able to do anything like set the network, enable/disable roaming, etc...

I even did a search for "Voice" in the settings to see if anything would come up, and it did not. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I do have a regular sim and a digital sim on this phone. Both with t-mobile service. Has anyone seen this before? or know how to fix it?
