Command-Shift-Option-V (shift+option+command+v) doesn't work in Pages app (2023)

Hi all!

In Pages app classic shortcut Command-Shift-Option-V for Paste and Match Style works well for english keyboard layout but doesn't work for another. Somehow it works like Command-Shift-V (Chose an object to insert) as if Option button wasn't pressed (but it was). Again, with english layout everything is ok.

Searching through internet showed that this problem exist since 2012 year and there is no good solution yet.

As a temporary I tried to go to Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > App Shortcuts and add shortcut using another keyboard layout but it works only till reboot.

What do I need to do? Anything with Terminal to fix it?

Connect to apple somehow?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.2

Could you see if the same problem exists if you use the Russian or Russian Qwerty input sources instead of Russian PC? (Shortcuts do have to be entered using a Latin keyboard in any case)

It happens only with Russian keyboard (both English and Spanish works ok).

More of that. After sleep if I go to settings > keyboard and check shortcut assigned to Paste and Match Style it would be with English letter V. Double click on shortcut for changing it opens field where I can't use Russian language - see attachment (sorry for not printscreen as printscreen shortcut didn't work when this field was active for input).

But after i inputed shift+option+command+V same keys start to work for Russian language again... till next sleep.

What is the Other Keyboard Layout you are talking about??? We need to try to duplicate your problem, and this info is really important for that.
