Hi everyone.
Recently I’ve noticed that when I scroll the animation is laggy (maybe frame skipped?). I don’t know how to describe correctly but this happened in a lot of app such as Facebook, messenger. Especially in native app like Setting, iMessage or Watch App (face gallery tab)
I’m using 14 pro max, ios 16.4. I didn’t remember this problem was on 16.1 or not but it definitely happened in 16.3.1 before.

I have the stuttering problem in some apps now iOS 17.1.2 on an iPad Pro 2022 ….. special in Apple Notes… stuttering was gone with the last update, now its back… any help is welcome here…thanks.

I found out it is most often in those notes with pictures and external links.
But also in some notes without links or pictures, sometimes scrolling is impossible at all, it blocks.
Seems to me this is another clear bug.

It's so easy to notice, especially on Pro motion display.
Apple please fix it.
I also tested on iPad Pro 2018 which also has ProMotion display and it worked perfectly. No stutter at all.
