My phone all of a sudden started not recognizing my contacts... All it says is No Caller ID-No matter who calls me...
Please help... I have restarted my phone, reset my call settings (went and turned everything on and off as far as notifications and Blocking unknown callers) and NOTHING is working....

You should also contact your carrier and ask them to ensure that the Caller ID settings on your account, at their side, are correct. The incoming Caller ID is a feature that is provided and maintained by your carrier and therefore this recommendation.
