Iphone calendar time to leave alert

We would love to help out with the issue you're having. Let's go ahead and try going to the below settings to make sure they're enabled, then let us know how it goes.

1. Check Settings > Notifications > Calendar > Time Sensitive Notifications > On
2. Check Settings > Notifications > Calendar > Customize Notifications > Upcoming Events > On

If either of those settings are disabled, it can cause the issue you're describing. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you will also want to check your location settings.

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services & Location Alerts should be enabled.
2. Go to Settings > Calendar > Default Alert Times, then make sure Time to Leave is enabled.

Also, as referenced in Create and edit events in Calendar on iPhone - Apple Support: "If you add the address of the event’s location, Calendar uses Apple Maps to look up locations, traffic conditions, and transit options to tell you when it’s time to leave."
