However, you mention having issues with it in relation to your PC as well. With that, this is most likely an issue with your email account itself. You may need to reach out to Google to look into this with you further: Google Help

No email sync between iPad, iPhone and PC. Tried reinstalling gmail, checked imap settings, push, WiFi etc. this started two weeks ago. So I have 93 new emails on phone and PC, 5 on iPad. If I delete one on phone it deletes on iPad, but the reverse.
